The villa is 255 square meters and is located on the south side of Aabenraa fjord. It was built in 1965 - a time when there was no compromise on quality and solid craftsmanship.
The house had only had one owner and was well maintained but needed a major refurbishment the decor was poor and outdated.
The goal of the renovation was to preserve the architecture that characterized the 60s villas, and at the same time create an open and welcoming villa with large windows that support the light and invite the fjord all the way inside.
Throughout the entrance, kitchen / family room and living room, there is the most beautiful herringbone parquet in oak from Junckers, which emphasizes the home's classic expression.
